- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily lawn maintenance operations
- Manage and supervise crew leaders and team members
- Schedule and assign routes, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Monitor job quality and enforce company standards
- Train and mentor staff on best practices, safety, and equipment use
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Communicate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Track labor hours, productivity, and job costs

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, or grounds management
